Focus Groups

Focus groups are held early on in the program and are designed to uncover any remaining or new issues and concerns so they can be addressed promptly. Focus groups are also an excellent way to gather information, exchange ideas and experiences, and ask questions. The moderator is an expert in teleworking and knowledgeable on the topics to be discussed in these meetings. A second round of meetings are held later on in the program to validate the program's successful transition.
