Manager Training

 

TCI's "Managing the Remote Worker" training program introduces supervisors to the new methods needed to effectively manage by results. Effectively managing a remote worker is of major concern to most managers. New behaviors and skills are required to address the daily challenges, concerns, and issues that managers face to meet company objectives. Our half day training session, lead by an expert in teleworking, covers topics relating to managing in a remote environment and contains many of the skills considered essential for today's manager. Other useful and relevant information is provided. Each manager receives a handbook containing the topics covered in the session. After attending the session, the managers are prepared for, and comfortable with, managing remote workers.
