Program Evaluation

The program evaluation provides management information on the attainment of the business objectives for the program and a detailed report on the status of the program. Using our developed tools and techniques, we collect the required information and compile the findings. The results are presented to the organization with back-up documentation supporting the findings and the executive summary.
