Selection Process TCI provides the guidelines that are critical to retaining
valued employees through the transition to teleworking.
Whether deploying the sales force or seeking volunteers for a traditional telework program, sensitive employee concerns must be
considered and judiciously managed. Our guidelines include the success
factors, selection criteria, job profiles, applications, and applicable
documentation. We review completed applications and make our recommendations.
TCI remains available to assist on issues pertaining to the participants
during the program deployment. Support and recommendations continue during
the User Groups and Focus Groups. |
