Technical Services

TCI coordinates a review, on behalf of the organization, of the available technologies that were determined to be required to support the telework environment. TCI participates in the evaluation phase and makes recommendations to the committee. We will assist in the coordination and implementation of the different technologies. Design of the desktop, customization of the software, and training the participants on the components can be acquired as part of this offering. TCI will provide the documentation to be used by the end-user as a reference guide on the hardware, software, and support information.
