Telework Training

TCI's "Mobile or Telework Training" program prepares remote professionals for a successful transition to their new work environment. Working remotely not only changes where someone works, it also changes how they work. This requires new behaviors and skills for those employees who will be mobile. Our half day training session is led by an expert in teleworking, and covers topics that will help them successfully adapt to their new work environment while remaining intact with the company team. The participants learn the new behaviors and are instructed on the skills required when working remotely. Each participant receives a handbook containing the topics covered in the session, and additional materials on teleworking.
